CURRENT PERFORMANCE

 

In 2006, the Group managed to achieve a total revenue of RM45 million. The average occupancy recorded throughout the Group was 72.8%.

From a total of 258,376 responses obtained from guests surveyed throughout the Group, a staggering 99.5% said that our Hotels met or exceeded their expectations. On the fundamental test of whether our Hotels are value for money, 97.3% readily affirmed whilst 98.4% said they would return to our Hotels.

We are also proud to announce that 98.6% of our guests are willing to recommend us to their friends.

 

In what could be described as a buoyant and eventful year - for 2005, the Group achieved about RM45 million in revenue and recorded an average 26.5% Gross Operating Profit for all the properties. The average occupancy throughout the Group was about 66.1%, staying somewhat ahead of what the hospitality industry experienced last year.

In 2005, from a total of 293,052 responses obtained from our guests surveyed throughout the Group, over 98.7% said that our Hotels have met or exceeded their expectations. On the key test of whether our hotels are value for money, 94.1% responded positively while 96.5% of our customers are more than willing to return. We are also proud to announce that 96.0% of our guests are willing to recommend us to their friends.
